Mark was responsible for leading the staff through the amalgamation process at Isaac Regional Council when he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of that organisation and understands the opportunities to look outside the square and the traditional ways of delivering service in a changing environment.

In 2013 Mark Crawley was responsible for encouraging service reviews for all 77 Queensland Councils. At the time Mark was the State President of LGMA Queensland and encouraged many to become involved during a time when Financial Sustainability for Councils was an important issue, it still is, we can help.
Disaster Management and Community Recovery
We understand the impacts that Natural Disasters can have on Communities and are ready to assist community leaders through the management of these disasters and the community recovery efforts that follow.
Having experienced these firsthand and worked through the disaster and recovery efforts personally we have experience that can be drawn on during such events.
