Mark is an experienced senior executive with 24 years experience as a Chief Executive Officer across a range of diverse local governments in Queensland.
Responsible for the efficient and effective allocation of resources to provide sustainable levels of service to the communities within the local government area. Planning for and developing sustainable communities was an important aspect of my role as CEO. Experience gained from working and living in very different and diverse communities provided me with an insight into the economic drivers within each of those communities and the local economies and how this interacts and impacts the broader Regional economy.
